Returns Damaged Items or Wrong Shipment If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item, please accept our apologies. E-mail us within 48 hours of reception to report your issue, holidays and week-ends included. Damages: We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. Incorrect Shipments: We will ship the correct order with a return label. You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location. Return Policy Since we do not commercialize used bird cages, returns are accepted ONLY if we ship the wrong item. Due to hidden virus and transmittable disease that all pet birds are susceptible to, items that have been exposed to a bird will not be accepted for return. Conscientious bird owners do not want to receive goods that have previously been exposed to other birds and that may potentially carry disease. The returned item must meet the following qualifications: - Item(s) must be unused - Item(s) must be in original packaging - Packaging should be in re-sellable condition (appear in a manner that you would expect an order to be received in) - Item(s) must be received at our location within 14 days of delivery. How To Return An Item Pack Your Return -If your return meets the above criteria, wrap your item carefully using 2" of cushion between the item and the box. Enclose a copy of your packing slip with the return together with a copy of your invoice of your initial payment.
