How will I
know my order has been submitted to you? A. When you order on-line, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email confirming your order. This email will include your invoice number, address, product purchased, and total cost. If you do not receive this email, you may have either misspelled your email address or your order may not have been successfully processed. However, do not hesitate to Contact Us if you need any type of assistance. Q. How do I pay for my order? A. We hire Paypal, the MOST COMPETITIVE & SECURE Online Bank in order to process transactions. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. and personal checks processed online. Due to an agreement with our Network of Artists, and in order to keep credible tracks of sale, we CAN NOT accept any other payment than Paypal. Q. How soon will I receive my order? A. Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours. We send you an email confirmation on the day that your order is shipped. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please Contact Us. Delivery usually takes anywhere from 7-10 business days. In the rare cases of longer National Holidays, delivery may take up to 14 days. Q. Why do you ask for my email address on orders? A. Your email address is needed to send you a receipt/confirmation of your order. We will only use this information to verify your order and contact you if there are any problems. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and will keep this information confidential. We do not share this information with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for more information. Q. What happens with my credit card information? A. Coolbirdcages.com hires a Paypal, a 3rd party SECURE on-line payment processing server with the latest technology to make your transactions SAFE. Your credit card information is transmitted through a secure site page with SSL encryption. To prevent delays while you shop, the secure mode begins just prior to you entering your credit card information. This information is not kept on file anywhere, so your credit card number is safe. Like all other information that we get from you, this is never shared with anyone. Q. What is your Return Policy on Patterns Ordered? A. Since all the products are original designs, and since we do not commercialize ANY used or returned product, we do not accept returns - all sales are final. We understand that sometimes an order may be damaged or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, please Contact Us immediately, and we will gladly correct the problem. We are consumers ourselves, and we prefer to do business ethically. Consumer's satisfaction and returning clients are what made our Company grow.
